Proposto e riproposto nelle infinite varianti di colori e tessuti, il tartan è ritornato anche quest'anno a fare compagnia alle donne più alla moda.

Nasce negli anni 70 in Scozia, con la classica fantasia rossa, blu e verde.

Negli anni 90 con la nascita del Grunge, lo stile Tartan spopolò grazie ai cantanti famosi che lo rappresentavano ed era visto come un modo di vestire anticonformista.

Da lì a poco molti tra i più grandi stilisti presentarono il Tartan sulle loro passerelle variando le tonalità dei colori e dei tessuti, e in poco tempo questa tendenza si diffuse quasi in tutto il mondo.
